QuantumWise will participate with two contributions at the next International Conference on Simulation of Semiconductor Processes and Devices (SISPAD) forum in Nuremberg, Germany.
One research study that will be presented is done in collaboration with DTU Nanotech and describes a new NEGF method applied to the CZTSe/CdS interface for photovoltaic applications.
A second work will present the analysis of different metal-InGaAs interfaces and the calculated contact resistances.
